Embarking on IVF and fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and isolating. When developing the brand strategy, the goal was to cultivate a warm and supportive environment that prioritized education and community connection to empower our clients.
Despite having a limited budget and a small team, we successfully built a comprehensive marketing funnel. This included creating a vibrant Instagram community, Partner Marketing Program, SEO optimization, content creation, webinars, nurturing campaigns, paid advertising, and PR.
This approach generated a surge in signups, leads, referrals, and strong partnerships with leading fertility clinics across the U.S. This remarkable growth took us from our early startup phase to securing a $25MM Series B funding round. Most importantly, we’ve celebrated numerous new beginnings and the joy of new babies!
Design, content marketing, & brand development
With turquoise at the heart of our brand, it flows seamlessly through every step of the customer journey. The visuals are also light and authentic to be soothing for our clients. Along with spearheading brand and marketing efforts, I dove into the hands-on work of designing, creative directing, producing, planning events, managing vendors, overseeing agency RFPs, and ensuring quality assurance.

Social media growth & PR
Built trust in the brand by implementing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that focused on education, community engagement, and clinic partnership initiatives. We utilized paid media, influencer collaborations, webinars, SEO, and launched the Instagram Live Fertility Show.
This approach helped grow our community from 189 followers to over 10,000 highly engaged members, while also securing media features on The Today Show and in Investopedia's Top IVF Loans, driving significant business growth.

ASRM Event Booth
At one of the largest fertility treatment conferences globally, we made a significant impact by creating a serene retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Our approach to fertility treatment financing not only enhanced the patient experience by reducing stress but also influenced our B2B booth. There, we provided visitors with relaxing massages, soothing aromatherapy candles, and comfortable eye masks, ensuring they left with a sense of calm and well-being.
